ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Junior Creative Designer & Editor, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team working on engaging visual storytelling across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll contribute from idea to execution, bringing brands to life through static and dynamic assets.
Typical tasks include:
- Designing marketing assets (banners, carousels, presentations)
- Editing influencer content
- Supporting in-house productions

Occasionally contributing to Mint Studios (e.g., concept visuals)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESVisual Design & Concept Development
- Turn client briefs into on-brand creative concepts (banners, video ads, decks, print, social, etc.)

Design compelling visuals aligned with brand guidelines
Video & Motion Content
- Edit/produce short-form video, reels, TV spots, and motion graphics

Tailor content for platform-specific trends and formats
Bonus Skills (Nice to have)
- Voice-over recording (ProTools or Logic Pro)
- Photography and/or videography
QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: Not required — we value mindset, curiosity, and creative energy, whether you're a new graduate or have relevant experience.

Education: Bachelor’s or similar in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia production, or related.
PLATFORM KNOWLEDGE
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Premiere Pro for video editing
- After Effects (a plus)

Canva & Google Workspace (bonus)
SKILLS
- Creative thinker with strong eye for detail, layout, and composition
- Clean and organized asset delivery
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Open to feedback and fast iteration

Strong communication in English (and ideally Danish)
