SHE IS HIRING - A Editor

She Post Production is looking for a full-time editor/colorist to help build our motion department. 

Based at our studio in Copenhagen, you'll work closely with Director Frederik Heide and a small team of retouchers on commercial and editorial projects, while helping shape the future of motion at She Post. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants more than just editing videos – someone looking for real responsibility, creative influence, and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Please note that this role begins in a growth phase, meaning compensation will evolve alongside responsibility, performance, and revenue growth.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a hunger for responsibility, and a fixer mentality.

You:

• Have a deep passion for film/photography, editing, and color grading.
• Have a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, and are highly skilled at understanding and translating others creative vision.
• Communicate clearly and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understand budgets, deadlines, and the value of your work.
• Have freelance, entrepreneurial, or agency experience that has given you insight into both the creative and commercial side of the industry.
• Understand the value of networking and have experience turning connections into clients.
• Strong experience in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is expected. Experience with After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.

The role

Beyond editing and grading, you will:

• Work closely with Director Frederik Heide to build and develop She Post’s motion department.
• Help build a post production studio where motion and stills work seamlessly together.
• Expand opportunities with existing clients while helping attract new business.
• During quieter periods, you'll be expected to assist with tasks outside of editing as needed.

Clients & projects

Our clients are primarily within fashion, lifestyle/culture. Projects include:

• Editorial and commercial campaigns
• Brand storytelling projects
• Video content for social media
• Music videos

Process

If you move forward in the process, you will be asked to complete a test to demonstrate:

• Your technical and creative abilities
• Your aesthetic judgement
• How you interpret and execute a brief

Your performance on the test will determine whether you proceed to an interview.
