Core Responsibilities

• Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props for shoots
• Resolving type of equipment to use for shoots/productions depending on the creative concepts/ideas
• Run Camera, lights and audio during shoots, which can be both studio shoots and on location
• Close collaboration with Creatives, Producer/Studio Manager to build outstanding content
• Advise, support and facilitate the creation of innovative and best-in-class productions
• Work closely with the team during post-production on projects
• Responsible for maintaining equipment and general upkeep of the studio space
• Continuously keep yourself up to speed with new filming technology in order to optimize the Inhouse production offering

In Film Production you will join a team of colleagues with a strong passion for content creation. The team is spread out across our three Agency hubs in UK, US and DK, with the majority working from the DK hub at LEGO headquarters in Billund.

Do you have what it takes?

As Videographer for our new Inhouse Agency video studio, you will be part of our Inhouse Production team crafting great video content for various LEGO platforms. As responsible for the technical side of productions, you will help to finding creative solutions by bringing in your great knowledge about filming techniques.

What we look for:
• Substantial experience within and the technical knowledge to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting and other production equipment
• Passionated about the field and an ability to keep yourself updated with the newest technologies
• Ability to work under the pressure
• Creativity and attention to detail as there is a lot of product filming, alongside with patience to wait for the perfect shot
• Flexibility and good listening skills
• An understanding of post-production techniques is important and it is a definite plus if you are also able to do editing

The following are also areas or systems that are a plus if you have knowledge about or experience with:
• Adobt CC and/or DaVinci
• Black Magic Camera Equipment
• Virtual production
• Stop-Motion photography
• Experience with filming children
