Audition: December 13th 2023 in Helsingborg, Sweden.
 

Applicants must have either master of fine arts or equivalent professional work experience as double bass player.

Helsingborgs Symfoniorkester is in an exiting new phase with Maxime Pascal as new chief conductor from season 2024-25 and Katrine Ganer Skaug as CEO from 2022.

The orchestra forms an elegant and versatile orchestra with a flair for unique programming and a big heart for their audience. The orchestra has a proud history with longlasting collaborations with chief conductors suchs as Okko Kamu, Hannu Lintu, Andrew Manze and Stefan Solyom.

Employment is subject to confirmation of residence and work permit in Sweden. Extensive public health care system as well as instrument insurance by employer.
