Audition Repertoire

Pre-selection Video Recording (not over one year old)
With the application, you will send a link to your uploaded recording and the title and composer of the chosen composition.

Choose between:

  • Sonata from the classical period (composer of your choice), first movement (fast movement in sonata form)
  • Major solo composition (of your choice)

 

1st ROUND (blind audition):

1. Sonata from the classical period (composer of your choice), first movement (fast movement in sonata form)
2. Major solo composition (of your choice)
State your choice of repertoire in the application.

Orchestral parts:
I. Stravinsky: The Firebird – Infernal Dance (from no. 93 to no. 96)
B. Martinů: Invention for orchestra H 234, cadenza from 1st movement (from No. 10 further six bars)

 

2nd ROUND (non-blind audition):

S. Prokofiev: Symphony No. 6, 14 bars beginning at no. 36
