At Limunt.com, we help companies and individuals in the Nordic region to book the right live music for a wide range of different events. We are currently growing and are looking for a new Swedish booker with a flair for sales and customer contact.
Over time, you'll be able to handle bookings and canvassing for new clients on your own, but of course, we’ll help you get started and provide you with the right tools.
We are looking for our a new colleague that :
- has a natural interest in music (you do not need to be a musician)
- has a basic knowledge of the event industry
- is a team player
- possess a great sense of service
- has a desire to have customer contact - including sales outreach
- is solution-oriented and able to think quickly under pressure
- has good written communication skills
- writes and speaks fluent Swedish and English
- has a high spirits and a good sense of humor
- enjoys working in a small team
- is responsible and work hard to meet deadlines and requirements
- is interested in favorable and flexible conditions - for example, part of the daily work can easily be done remotely or from home.
It is an advantage if you
- have worked in the event industry and/or in sales and customer service in the past
- love meeting people and completing tasks
- have a driving license and a car
About the position
On a daily basis, we work closely together in Limunt, where the time from idea to action is often short.
We are a small team and are therefore highly dependent on each other. It is important to us that you have the desire and ability to collaborate, as we love to be inspired and get new ideas in the team.
Your daily work will include:
- Lots of customer contact
- Responding to queries (from chat, phone and email)
- Customer meetings with interested new partners
- Lots of humor and fun with the rest of the team along the way
When you're not at your desk on Stockholmsgade in Østerbro, Copenhagen, you're at meetings with potential customers in Sweden.
You must be prepared to work varying hours, even if the work is mainly during the day on weekdays.
Limunt.com is an international booking company that had its start in 2016. We have activities in Denmark and Sweden and are currently expanding to other countries. We are passionate about raising the level of live music for various events, helping to create sustainable working lives for musicians and being a supplier of top-class event music for both private customers and companies.
The position is part-time, but is dependent on your ambitions. Salary (commission based on performance) with no ceiling. Starting August 1st or by agreement.
